Attention all I.B.E.W. Brothers and Sisters:
The "Forty Second Annual IBEW Re_Union" will be held at The Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground in Bean Blossom, Indiana. A campsite, all food, beverages and entertainment will be furnished for the nominal fee of $30.00 per day for the entire family, regardless of how many members in the family.
Golfing, horseshoes, pistol shooting, dancing and various other forms of entertainment for the entire family have been planned. You are asked to come and bring your family, all other IBEW Members that you can persuade to come with you and to have a good time. You are also asked to "please try and refrain from all shop talk". This is not meant to be political, nor is it meant to be a bunch of old fogy wiremen talking over past overtime jobs. This Re-Union is meant to help each of us to know and understand the full meaning of Brotherhood by meeting each other and getting to know each others families and becoming a closer knit family of Brother Members in the IBEW.
Regardless of what you like in the way of eating or entertainment, please come and join us! We would be honored to have you with us and we can honestly assure you, this will be an occasion that will live forever in your fondest memories. Also, we can assure you that only the greatest believers in the "Brotherhood" will take the time and effort to come. Therefore, you are guaranteed to meet the greatest "Brothers" in the I.B.E.W. So even if you have to hitch-hike, join us at Bean Blossom, Indiana July 11th - 17th, 2010.
